Last year, 89.3% of TRREB agents did fewer than 5 deals, which means most of us don't have extra money lying around for expensive monthly AI subscriptions.

So I decided to create AskStu.ca to give everybody easy access to reasonably reliable information. I'll be adding more knowledge and features weekly.

That said, AI hallucinates and makes mistakes, so if something doesn't seem right, I've included an "Are you sure?" button. Feel free to click that for a second opinion.
